About Samantha Linczyc

Samantha lives in New York City and currently works on the Social Team at the NBA. She’s from Short Hills, NJ and a graduate from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Her degree is a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in journalism and a minor in music industry.

Her interest in photography and social media began early in life, but it wasn’t until college that she was able to really find her passion. Starting as a photographer for the award winning student led newspaper, The Breeze, she has experience in photojournalism covering news, sports, and culture events. Soon becoming Photo Editor, Samantha discovered her love for sports media and has covered football, basketball and soccer across the country.

Being able to travel and create content for the NBA is a dream come true. Samantha is always trying to stay ahead of trends and optimize the various platforms she manages.
